For attendees

Ticket on your phone. Scanned at the gate.

There is no app to download. You register on the web, your ticket arrives by email, and someone scans it when you turn up.

Find something on

Browse by city

Events are listed by city and date. Open Browse events and change the city to wherever you are. Organisers also share direct links, so you may arrive straight on an event page.

Register

Pick a ticket and register

Choose your ticket type and register. Free tickets are issued immediately. Paid tickets take you to Razorpay to pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.

Your ticket

A QR code, emailed and online

Your ticket arrives by email and also lives under My tickets. Each ticket has its own QR code. You do not need to print anything — your phone screen is the ticket.

At the venue

Hold up your phone

Someone at the gate scans your QR code and sees your name. That is the whole check-in. A ticket works once: if it has already been scanned, the gate is told when it was used.

Clubs

What is a club?

Some organisers run an ongoing group rather than one-off events — a running group, a cycling crew, a community chapter. You can join those, and their events show up together under My clubs.

How do I join one?

Open the club's page and press Join. It is free and takes one tap. You can leave whenever you like.

What are members-only events?

An organiser can mark an event as members-only. Those do not appear in public city listings — they show up under My clubs once you have joined.

If something goes wrong

My ticket email never arrived

Check spam first, then sign in and open My tickets — the ticket exists whether or not the email reached you, and the QR code there works at the gate. Email is only a delivery convenience.

I paid but do not see a ticket

Confirmation comes from the payment provider, not from your browser, so closing the tab does not lose your ticket. It usually appears within a minute. If it does not, contact support with the payment ID from your bank or UPI app.

The event was cancelled or I cannot attend

Refunds are decided and issued by the organiser who ran the event, not by Evento — see Cancellations & refunds for how that works and what to expect.

Someone else used my ticket

A ticket can only be scanned in once. If yours was already used when you arrived, show the gate staff your ticket page — it records the time of the earlier scan and who scanned it, which is usually enough to sort out on the spot.

Running an event yourself?
